1. Appropriate to feed rate : It couldn’t continuous feeding,or it will affect the production efficiency, because it will cause over load operation if feeding too much. even lead to
thresher motor burned or equipment damage.
2. Avoid continuous operation: Generally, when the thresher working about 8hours,it need
to stop running to check,adjust and lubrication, in case of serious friction wear, heat and deformation.
3. The adjustment of the roller to specification: if the drum speed is high, the threshing
rate is high, so is the broken rate ;If drum speed is low, the threshing rate is low, so isthe broken rate; Roll gap is big, the threshing rate is low, so is broken rate,otherwise,the
result will be opposite .The specific drum rotating speed will be decided by corn dry wetcondition and the moisture content of corn.
4.Stop timely if the machine break down:
Don't pick and hang the belt when the machine is in operation or any body of contacting
transmission parts need to meet the transmission ratio between matched power and thresher .If there is a fault in the process of operation, pls immediately stop to maintenance andadjustment.
