Seed is standing or outlet is plugged up with something. Or the coupling pin between seed-metering shaft and grooved pulley is broken off. The parts have to be changed after the mess cleaned up.
Sometimes, the seed-metering device can’t planting the seed or no seeds in the channel after planting. That must be something wrong with transmission gear which doesn’t mesh. We have to adjust it in time.
Sometimes, the seed-metering device is always planting and can not stop when the corn planter works. We have to change, fix and adjust the release finger of clutch poles after checking whether it is dropped or has too small gap for releasing.
Honestly, the problems could be avoided if we could check and maintain the corn planting machine usually and timely.
